It is placed on a very decent location. City centre and other famous places are not that far unless you are traveling in rush hour. Customer service is very good and the thing management can work on is the lift and the hot water in wash basin tap. Very good experience overall.

We stayed for 2 nights while on transit, the place is serene, we were surprised by this beautiful affordable superior rooms. the staff are way professional and very friendly, ready to talk to you and help.

We stayed here for one night after arrival in Kenya and to leave the next day for a safari, only to get some sleep. The bed was nice, but there was no hot water for a shower. The breakfast in the morning is very bad, there is no choice. Staff is friendly, but that was it.

It was just fine for a night, but not more.

The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The meals were very good, with a good choice on the menu. All the staff were very good. There is only one thing I would change is the lack of a lift. The hotel is surrounded by a security fence and guards
